IMPORTANT – TOMORROW’S MEETING IS NOT THE PATROL COOKING COMPETITION

I apologize for the late notice, waiting out to see what weather is shaping up to look like.

This week’s meeting is NOT going to be the cooking competitions please let your boys know that. Due to the impending weather (rain all day with storms around 7) some patrols can’t cook their meal.

Therefore this week’s meeting will be the CAR WASH “SHAKEDOWN” (Practice) at 7:30 in the Gym.

That should be about half to about 2/3s of the meeting. The rest is patrol time to come up with ideas for next years outings or meetings. Tell your boys to come with ideas!

Also, it helps to have a list and write EVERYTHING down that your patrol comes up with.
Any questions or concerns let me know.

YIS,

Bobby Fitzgerald
Senior Patrol Leader (SPL)

Reception for Moms of Eagle Scouts on May 5th

On May 5th the Baltimore Area Council will honor Eagle Moms across the council by holding a reception for Moms of Eagle Scouts and soon to be, Moms of Eagle Scouts to gather and celebrate all of the hard work that they dedicated to their son in the path to Eagle whether it was this year or 60 years ago! Tickets are only $25.00 and it is the week before Mother’s Day. This includes a full course meal and beer and wine. What a perfect way to help moms celebrate! Anyone (21 and over) can attend to help celebrate! Better yet, you could become an Eagle Mom Sponsor for $150.00 and get 2 seats at the event plus the Eagle mom would be formally recognized in the program! Other sponsorship opportunities are also available. Please visit www.baltimorbsa.org/eaglemom for more details and to register for the event! You can also fill out the attached flyer and email it back to me.
